WarmDM is a tiny, focused tool. We don’t want your data, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your messages for anything other than generating your rewrite.
- The messages you submit (briefly, only to generate a rewrite). - Basic analytics events (things like which button was clicked, tone selected, etc.) - Standard technical info like browser type or device.
- We don’t store your messages long-term. - We don’t train models on your text. - We don’t sell or share your data with advertisers.
WarmDM uses Groq (for rewrite generation) and PostHog (for analytics). These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
We use modern API practices and avoid storing unnecessary information. Still, avoid pasting extremely sensitive personal details — treat WarmDM like any external tool.
If you don’t want certain data collected, simply avoid using the tool. There is no account system yet, so there’s nothing to delete.
For any questions, reach out via the WarmDM GitHub repo or the contact link (coming soon).
